We also have extensive database of applicants both locally, and from London as more and more people are deciding to make the move south. We also have professionals and families relocating, that require rental accommodation for specific periods during satellite employment or to discover an area before they decide where to settle down.

Accurate Valuations

Our expertise and understanding of the local market ensure our valuations are both accurate and achievable. We take into account all the local amenities surrounding your property from the best schools, transport links, local shops and restaurants. We are also able to determine the interest based on recent properties we have rented nearby and the current demand in the market.

Bespoke Marketing

Our office, located in central Hove, heightens our brand awareness, attracting many tenants to us both in person and via our fully responsive online presence. This together with our innovative marketing campaigns and proactive approach, ensures that our rental properties are never on the market for long. We advertise on all the main property portals including Rightmove, Zoopla, Prime location & On The Market. We also advertise on our own website, in local magazines and newspapers and carry out regular leafleting campaigns. We have a large number of followers on our social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram and often run competitions and giveaways with local businesses which help our brand awareness and further expands our marketing technique. Once instructed we will take photos of the property to use in our marketing materials and market the property, leasing with current tenants for viewings day access, if applicable.

We understand the importance of feedback from the property viewings, so we will keep you updated throughout the entire process with regular feedback and marketing strategies based on the feedback we receive once the property has been marketed.

Client Money Protection

Foster & Co are part of a Client Money Protection Scheme. Our Client Money Protection (CMP) Scheme is a compensation scheme run by the Propertymark which provides compensation to landlords, tenants and other clients should an agent misappropriate their rent, deposit, or other client funds.

Independent Redress

Foster & Co are part of The Property Ombudsman Scheme (TPOS). This scheme has been providing consumers and property agents with an alternative dispute resolution service since 1990. The Ombudsman’s resolutions are designed to achieve a full and final settlement of the dispute on all claims made by either party. The Ombudsman can, where appropriate, make compensatory awards in individual cases up to a maximum of £25,000 for actual and quantifiable loss and/or for aggravation, distress and/or inconvenience caused by the actions of an agent.
